A volkswalk is a leisurely walk through a scenic, historic or
interesting area over a predetermined route. The walk (bike, swim, ski, skate)
is a non-competitive and participants walk at their own pace, thus making an
excellent recreational opportunity for the entire family. This is a great way
to meet new friends and a fun way to exercise.
The goal of the AVA is to promote physical fitness and good
health by encouraging ALL PEOPLE to exercise in a stress free environment.
